We're seeking a licensed Massage Therapist passionate about quality care, professionalism, and client well-being. Ideal candidates have strong anatomy knowledge, excellent hands-on skills, and a compassionate, client-focused approach. What You’ll Do: • Assess clients and customize treatments. • Provide modalities such as: • Deep tissue • Hot stone • Stretch therapy • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space. • Deliver exceptional client care and maintain treatment notes. • Collaborate with other wellness professionals. Qualifications: • Licensed or certified Massage Therapist. • Strong understanding of anatomy and therapeutic techniques. • Great communicator and caregiver. • Med spa or clinical experience a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. AESTHETICIAN (Now Hiring)
Part-time – Providing the customer with platinum service is the primary focus. Applicants should be able to identify and recommend the appropriate type of facial based on a thorough consultation and skin analysis.  Estheticians may be required to perform other skin care services as assigned including but not limited to waxing and body wraps. Must provide proficiency with skin care product application and makeup All staff members are required invite/rebook clients and offer incentive perks where applicable.  All Waterfalls staff are required to participate in following proper sanitation procedures, team meetings, and offer constructive ideas and suggestions. EYELASH TECH (Now Hiring)
Part-time – Concise client consultation and setting realistic expectations prior to the application of semi-permanent eyelash extensions is imperative, while always delivering an outstanding client experience. Applicant must be able to determine the right type of lash to apply and when to say no based on client expectations and lash conditions.  ​ Qualifications – High School diploma/GED, Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the state of Virginia, 1-2 years' Experience applying semi-permanent eyelash extensions, Flexible schedule including Saturdays and evenings.
